We Speak to the Greeks in a Language They Understand: Erdogan
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has commented on his threats towards Greece, as reported by ermenihaber. Erdogan first threatened, advising the Greeks to remember the events of Izmir (essentially referring to the massacre of Greeks), and then stated, “We could suddenly come one night.”
Accusing Greece of unfounded allegations of aggression against Turkey, Erdogan not only did not attempt to soften his threats but also, in response to questions from reporters, said that they speak to the Greeks in a language they understand.
