Mikael Arzumanyan, Chief Advisor to the President of Artsakh, Arrested
Recently, Mikael Arzumanyan, the former Minister of Defense and former commander of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh, as well as the current chief advisor to the President of Artsakh, was arrested and taken into custody on his way from Artsakh to Yerevan, according to Politik.am.
Arzumanyan was detained at the instruction of investigators from the Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Further details are not yet known.
