Putin Sees No Problem in IT Specialists Moving from Russia to Armenia
Russian President Vladimir Putin sees no issue with some Russian programmers relocating to Yerevan, as he stated during his speech at the First Eurasian Economic Forum. The government is offering new incentives for IT specialists remaining in the country, including reduced mortgage interest rates.
Previously, Putin mentioned that he sometimes observes companies leaving Russia and thinks, “Perhaps, thank God, we will fill their places. Our business, our production has already grown.”
