Video: Medvedchuk's Testimony Against Poroshenko Published
Ukrainian opposition politician Medvedchuk, who has been detained by the authorities, has given testimony against former President Poroshenko, speaking about his involvement in corruption schemes. The video of the politician's statement has been released by the Security Service of Ukraine and consists of two separate interrogations. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
The testimony refers to a scheme for removing a section of the Samara-Western direction oil pipeline from state ownership, which was subsequently used for fuel theft. According to Medvedchuk, Poroshenko requested him to negotiate with Russian authorities.
Poroshenko's lawyer stated that Medvedchuk's testimony does not correspond to reality.
