VIDEO: "The issue of Artsakh's status is left to an uncertain future, as it has been since January 2016," Yeghoyan
"There is no issue of enclaves. Such a concept does not exist," responded ruling party MP Arman Yeghoyan when asked by a journalist whether the issue of enclaves was raised in Brussels.
"There is a question of delimitation and demarcation, during which the parties, taking into account many circumstances – geographical factors, natural resources, maps, and population demographics – determine the most important border for both sides," he noted.
Referring to the issue of the status of Artsakh, Yeghoyan stated, "The issue of Artsakh's status is currently in the same phase it has been in since January 2016 – that is, it is left to an uncertain future."
