We Are Waiting for the Order: Kadyrov Calls on Putin from Ukraine
The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, who has been in Ukraine for an extended period participating in Russia's military operations, has called for the commencement of the second phase of a special operation across all of Ukraine. According to him, to put an end to the global chaos, it is necessary to move towards Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Kherson and establish authority there.
As reported by newsua.ru, he made this statement in a video message. “It is necessary to start the second phase and conduct a special operation not only in Luhansk and Donetsk but across all of Ukraine. Because all the countries in the world that are armed, by their own admission, with the best weapons, are brazenly supplying them to Ukraine. And those weapons are being sold from hand to hand to the local population. This is global chaos and lawlessness. To put an end to this, to draw a line under it, we must begin the second phase; we must move to other cities—Kharkiv, Kyiv, Kherson, all the cities completely. There, establish authority that will govern its people. And then continue the dialogue with those states that want to have any relations with us. If they want war, we will fight. As a warrior, I urge the state leadership to make such a decision… Vladimir Vladimirovich, we are waiting for the order,” said Kadyrov.
