VIDEO: New Details on the Major Istanbul Fire; Casualties Reported

A fire has broken out at a paint factory in Istanbul, resulting in the deaths of three individuals and injuries to nine others, according to Anadolu Agency.

Seven people sustained minor injuries and were sent home after medical examinations. Rescue teams are searching for three missing persons who are not responding to calls.

The cause of the fire is not yet known. Factory workers have reported hearing explosions.

Firefighters have managed to isolate the fire, but it has not yet been fully extinguished. A column of black smoke is rising in the industrial zone, visible from a considerable distance.
