VIDEO: Military Bases Disbanded, Army Property Up for Sale

“Seventy state defense properties have been put up for sale, including military bases,” said Karin Tonoyan, leader of the ‘5165’ movement, in a conversation with journalists today.

“Pashinyan is doing whatever he wants; he announced that there will only be border guard forces, and we will not have an army. Is there any Armenian who can imagine their existence without an army? Then how are we going to build those military bases... We have already experienced the disastrous consequences of privatization during Levon Ter-Petrosyan's time,” he noted.

It is worth reminding that on April 19, Karin Tonoyan announced that the ‘5165’ movement is suspending its activities and is uniting around the idea of demanding Nikol Pashinyan’s resignation and removing him to save Artsakh.
