On April 3, Armenia's First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan met with the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, at his residence. This was reported by Ter-Petrosyan's spokesperson, Arman Musinyan, on his Facebook page.
During the discussion, both sides emphasized the need for cautious rhetoric and actions from the authorities of both Artsakh and Armenia, as well as from opposition forces, in light of the current phase of the Russia-Ukraine war.
