A "Secret" About Andranik Piloyan: Daniel Ioannisyan

Founder of the initiative "Informed Citizens", Daniel Ioannisyan wrote on his Facebook page, "A 'secret' about Andranik Piloyan. I barely know Andranik Piloyan personally; we've talked a couple of times in life. However, I know for a fact that this man is one of those responsible for the failure in Jebrail.

One of the military units under the command of Piloyan was supposed to provide support to the Jebrail battalion in case of war, according to a pre-existing plan. But the support operation was never carried out properly. At least the mid and lower chain of command had no idea of what to do in Jebrail during wartime.

It's no surprise that during the war, the attempt by Piloyan's subordinate unit to provide support to Jebrail turned into a disaster, with numerous casualties and a breakthrough by the enemy on the front. Yet, in the face of this failure, Andranik Piloyan received a national hero's medal from Nikol Pashinyan and was appointed to the position of minister. Today, however, Piloyan has been arrested on corruption charges."

It should be noted that the Anti-Corruption Committee previously announced that the Minister of Emergency Situations received a bribe in the form of a heating system.
