This Will Lead to a More Brutal European War: NATO Refuses Zelensky's Request
NATO has rejected Ukraine's request to establish no-fly zones in its airspace, stating that while they are increasing support, direct involvement would lead to a broader and even more brutal European war. This was reported by Reuters.
“We are not a party to this conflict. As NATO allies, we are obliged to prevent the escalation of this war beyond Ukraine's borders, as it would be even more dangerous and destructive,” stated NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg during a press conference.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had called on Western powers to implement a no-fly zone.
