All restaurants and shops could be closed for a month, says Pashinyan
“They say the business has been harmed so much, and now you are imposing new restrictions that only vaccinated individuals or those with a negative test can go to restaurants, and so on,” Prime Minister Pashinyan announced during a government meeting regarding the new restrictions that will come into effect on January 22. “Regulatory bodies must strictly monitor the implementation of these restrictions. The responsibility will lie with the business owners. This is being done in the interest of the business owners. Otherwise, when our hospitals are completely filled and we have no ability to provide medical assistance to people, we will be forced to go into lockdown. All restaurants, shops, for example, could be closed for a month,” emphasized Pashinyan.
