What Does It Mean to Be Captured, Investigate the Conditions Under Which They Were Captured: Pashinyan

I believe it is time to properly investigate each case of capture. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the National Assembly.

“Every person serving in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia has responsibilities. Perhaps we have made a mistake on an emotional level; the cases need to be examined. What does it mean to be captured, under what circumstances? Military regulations clearly define the conditions under which a capture is not considered a crime. Each case should be investigated to determine whether we are dealing with that situation or not. It is stated that if a person is injured, unconscious, and is captured, of course, there can be no claims against them,” said Nikol Pashinyan.
