France Concerned About Escalation of Armenian-Azerbaijani Border Conflict
The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement expressing concern over the escalation of the conflict along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. This was reported by TASS.
“France expresses deep concern regarding the deterioration of the security situation in several areas of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border and the alleged use of heavy weapons, which has led to numerous casualties, particularly on the Armenian side. France urges both parties to adhere to the ceasefire they committed to uphold in the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020,” the statement reads.
