A citizen of Kyrgyzstan has declared himself the president of the country and attempted to storm the parliament building located in Bishkek. This was reported by Sputnik Kyrgyzstan.
The incident occurred last night. Medical professionals received an alert that a man was behaving strangely near the parliament. Upon arrival, specialists determined that he was registered at the Republican Mental Health Center. It was revealed that the patient is 35 years old and has been hospitalized.
