Pashinyan Officially Appeals to CSTO: Official Statement
The official website of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia has issued a statement indicating that Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has officially appealed today to the current President of the CSTO Collective Security Council, President Emomali Rahmon of Tajikistan. This appeal is within the framework of Article 2 of the Collective Security Treaty of May 15, 1992, to coordinate the positions of CSTO member states and to initiate urgent consultations aimed at taking measures to eliminate the emerging threats.
Additionally, the Acting Prime Minister has also sent letters containing detailed information regarding the situation and related issues to the leaders of the other CSTO member states.
