No Deviations from Sanitary Norms in Water Supply in Sisian, Says Veolia Water
Veolia Water has issued a clarification regarding cases of intestinal infection in Sisian.
“In response to media reports linking cases of intestinal infection in Sisian to the quality of the drinking water supplied, Veolia Water finds it necessary to inform the following: Based on the received notifications, on May 11, unplanned water sampling was conducted from various locations in the city. Laboratory tests performed by the company did not reveal any deviations from sanitary norms or discrepancies with quality requirements in the water,” said Veolia Water.
To avoid misunderstandings among the public and the dissemination of various rumors, the company calls on media outlets to refrain from publishing unverified information,” they reported.
