Georgi Poghosyan, Renowned Obstetrician-Gynecologist, Passes Away

Georgi Poghosyan, a well-known obstetrician-gynecologist and assistant professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yerevan State Medical University (YSMU), has passed away. This was announced by YSMU rector Armen Muradyan on his Facebook page.

"It is with deep sorrow that I learned of the untimely death of Georgi Kim Poghosyan, assistant professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and my good friend. He was indeed one of the leading specialists in his field. A person who enjoyed the respect of younger colleagues. My condolences to his family and loved ones. Rest in peace," Muradyan wrote.
