Technical Failure in One Wagon of Yerevan Metro: Passengers Transferred

The spokesperson for the Yerevan Metro has denied reports of an extraordinary situation in the metro. At around 09:46, a technical malfunction occurred at the Barekamutyun station on the second line, which was resolved on-site by the driver. The third wagon in a three-car train experienced the malfunction; however, there was no evacuation of passengers, as employees transferred them from the third to the second wagon.

Spokesperson Tatev Khachatryan informed 24News, adding that the train is currently operating normally.
