Operation of Flour Confectionery Producers Suspended: What is the Reason?
The operation of the flour confectionery producer ‘ATOMMILEN’ LLC has been suspended. This information has been reported by the Food Safety Inspectorate of Armenia.
It was noted that the suspension of confectionery production resulted from the oversight actions of inspectors in central Yerevan.
“Studies have shown that these production facilities violated the sanitary and hygienic norms prescribed by legislation. The administrative, economic, household, and auxiliary areas were not separated from the food storage area, and the equipment, tools, and utensils that come into direct contact with food were not maintained in a proper condition,” the announcement stated.
The Food Safety Inspectorate of Armenia has set a deadline for addressing the violations.
