Turkey's Cavusoglu Threatens Armenia Over Ceasefire Violations in Nagorno-Karabakh
Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has warned Armenia, stating that "the main goal of the Russian-Turkish center will be to ensure the implementation of the ceasefire regime, and if it is violated, appropriate preventive measures will be taken." He emphasized that Armenia had allegedly "violated the ceasefire regime three times in Nagorno-Karabakh," as reported during his remarks in Lisbon.
It is noteworthy that the Russian-Turkish monitoring center for ceasefire control will be located in Agdam.
