No unit has participated in any action in the area. The Ministry of Defense clarifies the battles in the Hadrut region
The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia has issued a statement regarding military operations near the village of Togh in the Hadrut region of Artsakh.
The statement particularly mentions: “Several Azerbaijani media outlets report on resumed fighting between Armenian and Azerbaijani military personnel near the village of Togh in Hadrut. It is also reported about casualties and injuries on both sides. It should be noted that the village of Togh is under the full control of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
The Artsakh Defense Army strictly adheres to the ceasefire regime, and no unit has participated in any action in that area. Moreover, no extraordinary incidents have been recorded involving the units of the Artsakh Defense Army. Nevertheless, the Armenian side is trying to gather additional information, not ruling out the possibility of an Azerbaijani information provocation.”
