My Struggle Against the Depraved Authorities Cannot Be Stopped by the Illegal Actions Against Me
Initially, I was subjected to an illegal administrative detention and taken to the Arabkir police station, from where I have now been released. This was reported by Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the 'Hanaqet' Analytical Center, on his Facebook page.
'For about 3 hours, I was not informed of the grounds on which I was detained. After the 3 hours elapsed, when I intended to leave the police building, I was told that I was being detained under another legal mechanism and that I must be held for another 4 hours, after which I would be taken to the Yerevan Investigative Department. After the 4 hours had passed, when I again attempted to leave the police building, I should have been formally arrested as a suspect, but that was not done.'
'In any case, I spent more than 4 hours in the police department, during which time I was unable to exercise my rights and freedoms. I have also informed the Office of the Human Rights Defender about this; all violations have been recorded.'
'The illegal actions initiated against me cannot in any way prevent my struggle against this foolish and depraved government that has surrendered Artsakh. I warn all law enforcement agencies not to comply with illegal orders from the authorities and not to share in the full responsibility for the disastrous situation brought upon the country by Nikol Pashinyan. You will not get away with it,' Abrahamyan wrote.
