276 New COVID-19 Cases and 5 Deaths Confirmed in Armenia
As of August 14, Armenia has confirmed 276 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 41,299. According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Armenia's Ministry of Health, 5 citizens died from the virus in a single day, raising the total death toll to 814.
In addition, one case of death from another illness was recorded among patients infected with COVID-19. As of August 14, the total number of such deaths stands at 239. Overall, 6 people died in a day, increasing the overall death toll to 1,053.
In the same time frame, 267 individuals recovered, totaling 34,164 recoveries, while the number of patients currently undergoing treatment is 6,082 (an increase of 3 in one day). A total of 1,465 tests were conducted in one day, with a grand total of 181,962 tests performed so far.
