Charges Filed Against Young Man Arrested for Murder in Akhaltsikhe
The Prosecutor's Office of Georgia has filed charges against A.G. for committing murder in Akhaltsikhe under Article 108 of the Georgian Criminal Code (premeditated murder) and under parts 3 and 4 of Article 236 (illegal acquisition, possession, and carrying of firearms and ammunition).
