Urgent: Work Halted at Mashtots Park as of Today, Says Hayk Marutyan
It often happens that deviations from construction permits occur. The same has happened with the developer of Mashtots Park. Until yesterday, there have been four protocols here. There have been fines issued. Regarding the last protocol, a study has also been initiated due to deviations, as there are violations of urban planning documents.
As of today, work has been halted based on that protocol. The protocol was drawn up on July 23. This was announced during a press conference by Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan.
