Breaking: Robert Kocharyan Released from Detention
The Criminal Court of Appeal of Armenia, presided over by Arsen Nikoghosyan, has just approved the appeal of Robert Kocharyan's defense team during its third hearing.
It is noteworthy that Anna Danibekyan rejected three motions from Kocharyan's lawyers during a session on May 13, which sought to release him on bail or personal guarantee or to lift his detention due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The court had previously imposed bail as a measure of restraint, amounting to 2 billion drams.
