List of Credit Organizations Engaged in Illegal Entrepreneurship

The Investigative Committee of Armenia has revealed information regarding credit organizations engaged in illegal entrepreneurship under Article 188 (Part 1) of the Criminal Code of Armenia. Investigations conducted in the Central and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan have uncovered that various companies are actively advertising quick loan approvals through social networks, as well as through announcements in subways and other paper formats. However, these organizations do not possess the necessary licenses and do not cooperate with banks.
