Accident on Sevan-Dilijan Highway

On March 9, at 7:50 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report about a traffic accident at the intersection in the village of Tsovagyugh in the Gegharkunik region. There were no injuries reported.

A special rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Regional Rescue Department was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that at the 7th kilometer of the Sevan-Dilijan highway, a "Mercedes E" vehicle driven by Armen H. had veered off the roadway and collided with a guardrail.

The rescuers disconnected the vehicle’s power supply and closed the valve of the gas cylinder.
