It Is Known Why the Deputy Director of the Republican Center for AIDS Prevention Was Detained

Dr. Gevorg Grigoryan recently posted on his Facebook page that there is a tense atmosphere at the 'Republican Center for AIDS Prevention'. The police are attempting to detain the center's employees.

According to information from Armdaily.am, the center's deputy director for medical affairs, Aram Hakobyan, is refusing to hand over the seal to the newly appointed interim director. At this moment, the deputy director is being detained by the police.

It should be noted that today, by the order of the Minister of Health, the employment contract of Samvel Grigoryan, the director of the 'Republican Center for AIDS Prevention', was terminated due to improper performance of his duties.

By another order from the minister, Arthur Berberyan has been appointed as the interim head of the center. A fixed-term employment contract has been signed with him until the vacancy for the director's position is filled according to the established legal procedures.
