Frankfurt Prosecutor's Office Provides Details on Vehicle Incident Involving Pedestrians
The Frankfurt Prosecutor's Office is investigating an incident that took place today when an unknown individual drove a vehicle into a crowd of people. As a result of the incident, 30 individuals were injured. This was stated in a press release from the agency, as reported by RIA Novosti.
The prosecutor's office confirmed that among the injured are children. Several of the 30 injured have sustained severe injuries. The driver of the vehicle also suffered injuries and will be questioned after recovery. The motives behind the actions of the 29-year-old man, who holds German citizenship, remain unknown. The prosecutor's office will conduct the investigation in various directions.
