Fire Breaks Out in Tavush Province: Two Firefighting Units Deployed
On February 23 at 18:44, the National Crisis Management Center was notified of a fire in the grass cover in the village of Kayanavan, Tavush Province.
Two firefighting units from the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ regional rescue department were dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained by 20:06 and extinguished by 21:24.
The wooden structures of a barn roof (approximately 15 square meters) and around 5000 square meters of grass cover were burned.
