Collision Between UAZ and Mitsubishi Leaves Injured in Critical Condition

A serious car accident occurred in the Tavush region on February 20. At around 10:30 PM, on the 103 km section of the Yerevan-Sevan-Ijevan highway, in front of the 'Aleppo' restaurant complex, a head-on collision took place between a Mitsubishi Pajero Junior driven by 23-year-old Nver B. with license plate 34 KM 323 and a UAZ vehicle driven by 49-year-old Bakur T. with license plate 34 NO 830. As a result of the accident, four individuals were injured, two of whom were rescued from the vehicle by employees of the mentioned restaurant complex, while the other two were extricated by firefighters from the Tavush regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. They were transported to the Dilijan medical center with critical diagnoses. According to sources, two of the injured were subsequently transferred from the Dilijan hospital to medical facilities in Yerevan.
