Gun, Knife, and Bat Found in Vehicle of Detained Individual

Criminal investigators from Ashtarak have detained a 40-year-old resident of Kosh village. The operation took place in the night of February 18. The man is suspected of illegally possessing and carrying weapons and ammunition.

During a search of his vehicle, which was moved to a designated area of the department, a factory-numbered pistol, a knife with a 9 cm blade, and a wooden bat were discovered. The findings were confiscated and packaged.

Investigations, including forensic examinations, have been initiated at the Ashtarak police department regarding the incident. The circumstances are being clarified.
