Brother of Hovik Abrahamyan Involved in Car Accident
Today, on February 19, a serious car accident occurred in the Ararat region. Around 5:00 PM, vehicles including a Lexus with license plate 333 ST 03, a Volkswagen with license plate 35 XN 099, an Opel with license plate 35 VQ 975, and a VAZ 2107 with license plate 15 TS 129 collided on Marx Street in the city of Artashat.
According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, the drivers of the Lexus and Volkswagen were transported to the hospital.
Eyewitnesses at the scene stated that the Lexus was driven by Rafik Abrahamyan, the brother of former Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, who reportedly felt unwell while driving the vehicle. He initially collided with the VAZ 2107 and then proceeded to crash into the Volkswagen and Opel.
The police are investigating the identities of the drivers and the injured parties.
