Man Who Jumped from Kiev Bridge Dies in Hospital

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, materials are being prepared in the investigation department of the Mashtots Police Station regarding an extraordinary incident that occurred yesterday, December 23, in Yerevan.

At around 10:30 AM, officers from the 2nd platoon of the 3rd company of the Yerevan City Police noticed a gathering of citizens on the Kiev Bridge. According to sources, the police determined that a 64-year-old resident of Aragatsotn Province, Ruben E., was transferred to the hospital by a medical team from the emergency service with a diagnosis of polytrauma.

While the police were investigating the circumstances of the incident, the Armenia Medical Center informed the Mashtots Police Station that at approximately 11:20 AM, Ruben E. had died in the intensive care unit without regaining consciousness. A forensic examination has been appointed by the investigator in connection with the incident.
