Driver of BMW in Intoxicated Condition Causes Accident

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, the materials prepared by Rustam Avetisyan, senior inspector of the 4th platoon of the first police regiment of the Road Police, have been transferred to the investigative department of the Road Police.

As reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the mentioned materials were prepared on December 17, around 02:00 AM, regarding the driver of a BMW with license plate 36 PS 274, who knocked down a traffic light, a sign, and an advertising panel at the intersection of Mashtots Avenue and Isahakyan Street.

Upon arrival at the scene, the officers of the Yerevan Road Police discovered that the driver of the mentioned BMW had created an emergency situation due to another BMW vehicle, which the police identified in a short period of time. Both drivers underwent sobriety tests, and it was found that the driver who created the emergency situation was indeed intoxicated. The police are working to ascertain the identities of the drivers involved.
