Artak from SAS and Aram Kocharyan Refuse Forensic Examination

Former RA National Assembly Deputy Artak Sarkisyan (known as Artak from SAS) and businessman Aram Kocharyan have refused to undergo a forensic examination in connection with the incident that occurred at the 'Terrazza' cafe. This information was shared with 24News by Naida Harutyunyan, the head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Investigative Committee.

Notably, Artak Sarkisyan has also declined to provide testimony to the Investigative Committee.

Recall that on June 5, 2018, an incident involving Artak Sarkisyan took place at the 'Terrazza' restaurant located on Isahakyan Street. However, Artak Sarkisyan did provide an explanation to the police, denying his involvement in the incident.

In connection with the case, a criminal case was initiated on June 8, under Article 258, Part 4 of the RA Criminal Code, which pertains to hooliganism committed with the use of weapons or items used as weapons.
