Ruslan Baghdasaryan Addresses Company Constructing Near Yegvard Highway

Former head of the Davtashen administrative district, Ruslan Baghdasaryan, made a post on his Facebook page regarding a company constructing in the area adjacent to the Yegvard highway. He specifically noted that the company in question is "N and S Construction," which has donated 14 trucks to the city hall.

The full post is as follows: "Yesterday, I asked Davit Khajakyan to pose a question to Mayor Haik Marutyan on my behalf—whether it is true that the construction company working in the area adjacent to the Yegvard highway has donated 10 Kamaz trucks to the city to obtain a construction permit. Today, the city hall published the list of donors of garbage trucks, where the most generous donor, 14 Kamaz trucks, is 'N and S Construction' LLC.

I want to inform my fellow citizens that this 'N and S Construction' is indeed the developer company I pointed out. And Davit Khajakyan should not waste his resources asking unnecessarily when the city hall granted this company the construction permit. According to my information, this construction is in fact ILLEGAL and does NOT HAVE A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT, but it will obtain one, as it has already 'paid' for the permit with Kamaz trucks."
