Numerous Violations at Arthur Baghdasaryan's MoTV
The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports that the TV channel, which was transformed from H3 to MoTV and is owned by the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Arthur Baghdasaryan, has committed numerous violations during its operations. These violations have been recorded by the National Commission for Television and Radio's continuous monitoring.
According to our information, the NCTR and its head, Tigran Hakobyan, intend to take the matter to court, demanding that the TV channel be stripped of its broadcast license.
