35 Million Allocated for the 28th Anniversary of Independence Declaration
The government will allocate funds to the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia for organizing festive events dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the Independence Declaration.
According to the 2019 state budget of the Republic of Armenia, 35 million 950 thousand drams will be allocated from the government’s reserve fund to the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia in the first nine months of 2019.
It’s worth noting that the Independence Day celebrations on September 21 will take place in Gyumri this year. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced, “On September 21, we are all going to Gyumri. I would like to remind you that this year we are starting the process of holding the main events of Independence Day celebrations in the regions. The first such event will take place in Gyumri on September 21.”
Festive events dedicated to Independence will also be held in Yerevan and other regions on September 21.
