Return of Refugees to Syria

During the past day, more than 1,600 refugees have returned to Syria from foreign territories. This information was reported by the Russian center for reconciliation of conflicting parties and monitoring of refugee movements.

According to the report, "During the past day, 1,612 refugees returned to the Syrian Arab Republic from foreign territories, including from Lebanon through the ‘Jeydet-Yabous’ and ‘Tel-Kalah’ checkpoints, with 407 individuals (122 women, 207 children), and from Jordan through the ‘Nasib’ checkpoint, with 1,205 individuals (362 women, 615 children)." The information was conveyed by the RIA Novosti agency.
