Major Car Accident in Syunik Province: One Fatality

A 43-year-old man, Masis M., has died in the resuscitation department of Kapan Medical Center, following a major car accident on the Kapan-Jakaten highway on September 7. This information is reported by shamshyan.com.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, on that day around 4:20 PM, a 42-year-old resident of Syunik Province, Andranik A., lost control of his VAZ 2106 vehicle with license plate 35 FO 750 at the 11th kilometer of the Kapan-Jakaten highway, rolling several meters into a gorge. As a result of the accident, both the driver Andranik A. and his passenger, Masis M., were transported to Kapan Medical Center.
