Can you imagine the level of delusion; these guys are even linking the Amulsar issue to the Artsakh issue? Do you have any idea what these friends mean by the resolution of the Artsakh issue? It means making peace with Azerbaijan, whereas Azerbaijan has said and continues to say that peace will only come if Artsakh is completely returned to it, and THAT'S FINAL!'

'The Levonists consider this to be the resolution of the Artsakh issue, for which they promise the people an economic revolution, repatriation, and even a halt to the exploitation of the Amulsar mine.
