Police Provide Security for Two Judges Examining Kocharian's Case
The security of Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction Judge Davit Grigoryan and Appeal Court Judge Armen Danielyan is being ensured by the police. This was reported to NEWS.am by the police.
However, the police did not specify when the judges approached them regarding the security issue.
It is noteworthy that Judge Davit Grigoryan of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction was the second judge to change the measure of restraint for former and current presidents of the Republic of Artsakh, based on their personal security needs, in the case of Armenia's second President Robert Kocharian.
At present, Judge Armen Danielyan of the Appeal Court is reviewing the General Prosecutor's appeal against the decision to change Kocharian's measure of restraint.
