Special Investigative Service Does Not Open Criminal Case Against Arsen and Levon Julfalakyan
The Special Investigative Service has rejected the opening of a criminal case related to the incident involving Arsen and Levon Julfalakyan. This was stated by the Press Secretary of the SIS, Marina Ohanyan, in response to a query from Armenpress, adding that the refusal to initiate a criminal case was based on the absence of a crime.
It is worth reminding that, according to the statement of citizen Sergey Mkhitaryan, Arsen and Levon Julfalakyan had allegedly assaulted him on May 5 by hitting him with their hands and feet. Arsen Julfalakyan denied the reports regarding the alleged beating of the citizen by him and his father.
