Significant Details: Who is the Shooter of the Football Player and Two Other Young Men

The newspaper 'Zhoghovurd' reports that as a result of gunfire in Lepsiusi Street, 23-year-old Mushegh Ghevondyan, who was the goalkeeper for the 'Ararat 2' football club, has died. Two other young men who were also injured have been transferred to the Mikayelyan Institute of Surgery.

According to information received by 'Zhoghovurd' yesterday, the injured individuals were unable to provide testimonies and did not recount the details of the incident. However, prior to this, law enforcement authorities had identified the shooter, who is one of those released under amnesty, during their investigation.

A criminal case has been initiated by the Investigative Committee under Article 34-104, Part 2, Clause 1 of the RA Criminal Code, as well as under Part 1 of Article 104, Article 235, and Article 258, Part 4.
