Breaking: Woman Dies from H1N1 Swine Flu in Armenia
A death has been reported in the Republic due to H1N1. Artavazd Vanyan, the head of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Armenia, stated during a briefing with reporters that the deceased was a woman who had other underlying health conditions as well.
Aurora News had previously received information that a child had also died due to H1N1. The child was a resident of Abovyan and had been transferred to the Arabkir Medical Center in Yerevan for further treatment from a local healthcare facility.
Regarding the child's death, Vanyan mentioned that the child did not have any viral infection at all. “Complex anatomical studies will be conducted, and we will determine the cause of death,” he said.
