Shirinyan Brothers Summoned for Questioning in November 2 Incident

On November 2, police received a report about a dispute at the intersection of Republic and Buzand streets and detained four individuals from the scene, preventing potentially tragic consequences of the confrontation. However, the law enforcement's investigation did not end there. During the inspection of the site, a firearm was discovered under an oak tree, which the authorities seized. The legality of the handgun is being verified, and the identity of its owner is being determined.

The newspaper 'Zhoghavor' has learned some details about this incident. In particular, the center of the gunfire was Nerses Shirinyan, the director of 'Rosneft' LLC. The weapon used in the incident was previously gifted by former Nagorno-Karabakh president Arkadi Ghukasyan. It has not been clarified to whom Ghukasyan gave the firearm. However, the Investigative Committee has denied any links between Nerses Shirinyan and the incident. The newspaper has learned that the Shirinyan brothers have been summoned for questioning by law enforcement.
