Armenia Must Stop Searching for Armenia in Azerbaijan, and Azerbaijan Must Stop Searching for Azerbaijan in Armenia: Pashinyan

Armenia must stop searching for Armenia in Azerbaijan, and Azerbaijan must cease its search for Azerbaijan in Armenia. These statements were made by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a speech in the National Assembly.

“The peace and coexistence of the peoples of Armenia and Azerbaijan is the right that we must embody and pursue today. We must overcome any rhetoric and actions that contradict this. We need to stop searching for Armenia in Azerbaijan, and Azerbaijan needs to stop searching for Azerbaijan in Armenia. We should not search for Armenia in Turkey, Iran, or Georgia either. When we seek a homeland in the internationally recognized territories of our four neighbors, we open the door for them to seek their homeland in the internationally recognized territories of the Republic of Armenia. Thus, we are looking for a place in four locations, while they are searching for one place—our country,” Pashinyan emphasized.
